Ever had one of those days when life feels impenetrable, grey and heavy?

Yes but at least the sky is blue and the sun is out.

No doubt a great perspective!

Oh the weight of the concrete - but I see blue sky up there! Things are getting better.

This is a railway bridge from 2001 and then there's a motorway bridge some 40 years old.

VP: So let's talk about something else...

Steffe: I nearly froze my fingers off for this one. The things we do for art.

arabesque: And weight...

cieldequimper: Fortunately one can't see how cold and windy it was...

JM: Appreciate that!

Three Rivers: This is what my head feels like sometimes.

Thanks for bridging the strait with us.

That doesn't sound good. Methinks the photo says it all.

Re: your philosophical question on Cedar Key DP - Fisherpeople don't consider what they do as "work." So every day's a holiday!

I have had those days. But I like this angle on the bridge.

:) Nicely expressed even though that sky is taking away a bit from the feeling of greyness. But if I factor in the wind, as you said, I might get there :)

This bridge isn't significantly more exciting than other modern bridges but the railroad was long overdue and maybe that's why I like it.

Jacob: Except for the sunshine then.

Halcyon: Some would argue that is a Monday kind of experience.

Andreea: I suppose it's windy most of the time down here by the strait. And snapping photos with gloves never seems to work for me.

Thanks all.
