"Your body language is telling me you’re uncomfortable."

Next to Vaxholm Church, this tree has a privileged and somewhat protected location. Still, I wonder how many leaves have fallen since that sunny Friday. In fact, trees could use some therapy. Imagine losing your exquisite costume each and every year! See more?

I get it, I can't say much about it. A very good image, love the light filtering through the leaves, which soon will be gone. All of them.

This photo makes me think of the Tolkian ents... They don't really seem like creatures in need of therapy. But it's a common human nightmare: to be in a public place discovering you're bare naked... *eek*

Call the arborist! The tree is too close to the building. Bad for both.

The trembling trees
embraced the breeze, tenderly...

(Remember the song?)

Vogon Poet: Filtering through the leaves, that's what it's all about... (If there is a local correspondent nearby, feel free to update us on the current status of this tree.)

Jenny: Possibly while standing next to a church as well. Now, would that make things better or worse?

Svenske Floyd: Oh no! Not the arborist again!!

Mo: Most trees are, I suppose. (Maybe you're referring to yesterday's post. In that case - fortunately personal styles can be fine-tuned as well...)

arabesque: Just like I was. Come to think of it, maybe trees are in fact providers of therapy rather than consumers... :)

Thanks all for joining us in singing the blues for all that green, yellow and red...

Lovely light. Seasons, just like in fashion...

That's a powerful perspective! I understand why Jenny mentions Tolkian! :-)

Nice composition, Per. Yes, I feel for the trees. I've heard many of them cry out in the night, "Leaf me alone!"

Interesting angle for a tree shot!

Going back to our roots, basically...

cieldequimper: And in this case - seasons in the sun.

JM: I'm beginning to realize that I should study my Tolkien a bit harder. Thanks.

Jacob: Wasn't there some third rate movie where trees took over and ruled the planet?

Tinsie: No planning whatsoever. Just a case of looking up while walking underneath...

Thanks folks.
