WOW. Love the light on the church and the colour of the sky. Fab shot, makes me wish I was there!

Also notice our flexible traffic lights. Given sufficient exposure they seem to offer all kinds of colours for all tastes.

Tinsie: Thanks, glad you appreciate it. In fact I wasn't entirely happy about the shadow on the church tower.

Buenos Aires Photoblog: I like the contrast against those green leaves.

Thanks for stopping by.

(Trying to picture Per on the ground in the middle of the intersection, getting the frog-perspective in this shot...!)

A nice photograph, as always. Night skies add drama to the stillest of objects. And a surprisingly young church, after all. I think I would have guessed it older than that.

(I could crop a separate photo out of the upper left corner, with the leaves and the traffic light... But that's a whole different story!)

Lovely light, colours and frame!

The traffic lights are really showing off: multicolor spots in an almost dramatic and dark image. Very good shot.

En underbar kyrka och ett vackert foto!

There was a bit of effort involved in snapping this one so I'm glad you like it.

himmelochord: Not quite in the middle of the intersection but certainly in a very strategic position. (At least in terms of being bumped into by happy pedestrians passing on their way home from a night on the town.)

That cropping idea sounds interesting!

cieldequimper: Leaves offer the greenest of frames in this season.

Vogon Poet: It was a peaceful moment. If I had been a traffic light I would have taken the night off.

Halcyon: Surprisingly many photos work well in b/w but I guess this would not be one of them...

Alexander: Light and colours everywhere, all of a sudden. We could have used some of this during winter.

Jacob: Thank you, sir! ;)

Lena Johansson: Det är en fin kyrka, inte minst på insidan som vi sett tidigare.

Appreciate all your comments.

Don't think I could add anything original, I'll just join the above choir of praise, love the photo:)

Beautiful nightscape. You did an awesome job with the lighting.

We ought to do a church series one of these days. There are so many, one more beautiful than the other.

JM: And trust me, the inside is even better.

Pia K: Glad you like it too.

gogouci: Good to have you stopping by as well!

Again, thanks for all your encouraging comments.
